Cost Controller

Rixos The Palm Hotel & Suites Monitor and control food and beverage costs across all outlets. Conduct regular inventory and stock counts and investigate variances. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly F&B cost reports. Manage recipe, menu, and beverage costing and monitor theoretical vs. actual costs. Monitor purchasing prices, receiving, stock transfers, wastage, and stock adjustments. Identify cost-saving opportunities and support outlet profitability. Ensure compliance with F&B financial controls and hotel policies. Work closely with Finance, Purchasing, Stores, Culinary, and F&B Operations teams. Support budgeting, forecasting, month-end closing, and financial analysis.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or in a related field Has 3–5 years of F&B Cost Control experience in a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment. Strong knowledge of food & beverage costing, inventory, and purchasing controls. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel Experience with financial management software and inventory systems (e.g., Futurelog, Opera) Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy Outstanding organizational and time management abilities Effective oral and written communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Preferably familiar with United Arab Emirates financial regulations and practices
