What you will be doing: Greet, check-in, respond to requests while providing exceptional service Take initiative to add a personalized experience Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay through up-selling

Your experience and skills include: Should have min. 1 years of experience as Guest Relations for a 5 Star Resort in UAE Being Multi-lingual i.e. Arabic / German/Russian / French languages would be a Plus Prior experience working with Opera is Mandatory Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders Communicate thoughts, actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills
