Senior HVAC Technician

Pullman Dubai Jumeirah Lakes Towers - Hotel & Residence We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior HVAC Technician to ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of the hotel’s HVAC systems by performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs, while maintaining guest comfort and supporting the smooth operation of hotel facilities. Maintains repairs and does necessary adjustment of the air conditioning and refrigeration equipment such as Chillers, AHUs, FCU’s, Split A/C Units, Window A/C Units, Cold rooms, Coolers, Ice machines, Extract fans and all the HVAC related equipments. Assist Chiller contractors on scheduled maintenance and briefs them on the condition of the equipments. Ensures of sufficient stock of spare parts for the A/C and Refrigeration related equipments and thoroughly checks the purchase materials for their quality. Executes energy saving measures and helps the department to reduce the energy cost. Ensures daily Chiller readings, Cold room readings and temperature readings are taken and all set parameters are maintained. Advises improvements to the present system in order to optimize the operating efficiency and economy of the said system. Ensures that the plant room, workshop and related areas are kept in clean and tidy condition.

Minimum 02 years’ experience in the position is preferred Proven hospitality experience is preferred Is familiar with all related company documentation and especially with the relevant Operational Standards Manual for his/her field of responsibility. Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and on-call if required

Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair hotel HVAC systems to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation. Perform preventive maintenance on chillers, AHUs, FCUs, split, window AC units, cold rooms, coolers, ice machines, and extract fans. Assist chiller contractors during scheduled maintenance and communicate equipment condition. Ensure adequate spare parts stock and verify quality of purchased materials. Implement energy-saving measures to reduce energy costs. Record daily readings (chiller, cold room, temperature) and maintain set parameters. Propose improvements to optimize system efficiency and economy. Keep plant room, workshop, and related areas clean and orderly.
