Senior Specialist - Stakeholder Management (Railway)

To manage and coordinate stakeholder interfaces, ensuring that all external parties are effectively engaged and project requirements are met without disruption. Key Responsibilities Identify and map all project stakeholders including authorities, utility providers, and third parties Coordinate stakeholder approvals, permits, and NOCs Manage communication between project teams and external stakeholders Track stakeholder deliverables and ensure timely responses Resolve conflicts arising from stakeholder requirements or constraints Support integration of stakeholder requirements into design and construction plans Maintain stakeholder logs and reporting systems Experience Minimum of ten years of experience in stakeholder management within infrastructure or engineering projects Experience with rail or transport authorities is advantageous

Technical or engineering related university degree
