A Senior Site Architect is responsible for overseeing the architectural aspects of construction projects on-site. This role involves ensuring that the design intent is realized during construction, coordinating with various stakeholders, and addressing any issues that arise during the building process. Key Responsibilities: Site Supervision: Oversee the construction site to ensure that the architectural design is implemented correctly and according to the plans. Quality Control: Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with design specifications and standards. Coordination: Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to resolve any design or construction issues. Compliance: Ensure that all construction activities comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines. Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site, making adjustments to plans as necessary. Reporting: Prepare and present progress reports to clients and stakeholders, highlighting any deviations from the plan and proposed solutions. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of site activities, including daily logs, inspection reports, and change orders. Client Interaction: Liaise with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction with the project.
Minimum 15 years demonstrable experience in the all aspects of supervision and project administration of the Architectural works related to large-scale projects within Middle East in the consulting industry. Bachelor Degree in Architectural Engineering or equivalent. Membership of a recognized institution (i.e. PE/Peng, CEng Etc.) would be preferred. LEED GA or AP certifications would be a plus
