Inspector II (HDPE)

1. Ensure timely and effective implementation of defined inspection plans and programs. 2. Receive work directions and instructions from the Senior Area Inspector and report about the progress of his activities.3. Conduct all inspection tasks and as per schedule and prepare corresponding inspection report prior due date. 4. Raise NDT request as required to ensure compliance to inspection plans. 5. Ensure that Inspection finding are documented and communicated to the business team. 6. Review on regular basis the status of all Inspection recommendations and highlight the deviation to the business team and his management. 7. Record all installed temporary repair and ensure permanent repair recommendation is in place for normalization. 8. Participate to the daily business team meeting. 9. Update the asset's register with any new identified injection/mixing point and dead legs as needed. 10. Ensure that his certifications are renewed before expiration. 11. Communicate to Maintenance representative the requirements to implement the inspection plans. 12. Raise recommendation of repair required to ensure the integrity of static equipment and piping as per Company procedures and Inspection codes. Follow-up on status, progress and completion of inspection recommendations and prepare closure report accordingly for approval. 13. Ensure that all tests and inspections on repaired or modified static equipment and piping meet the manufacturer specifications, Company procedures and industry code (API/ASME) requirements. 14. Ensure and follow Company standards and procedures for the inspection of static equipment and piping and issue inspection reports with recommendation to business team to ensure integrity and safe operation. 15. Participate to Shutdown/Turnaround by conducting and coordinating inspection and NDT activities on the assigned units. 16. Analyze inspection and NDT results and provide feedback to his supervisor for any finding. 17. Witness pressure tests on static equipment and piping after repair and modification. 18. Record all inspection results and findings in inspection data management system. 19. Prepare scope of inspection for Turnaround/Shutdown. 20. Ensure that NDT contractors perform their activities according to Company requirements and procedures. 21. Participate to the pre-commissioning and commissioning to ensure acceptance of critical activities. 22. Perform other related duties as assigned by the Senior Area Inspector and Inspection management.
