SMP. Process Control Technician

To be responsible for all Process Control Systems (PCS), including the main Distributed Control Systems (DCS) hardware and software, Emergency Shut-Down systems (ESD) hardware and software, Industrial Control System Networks including Cyber Security, Alarm Management, Human Machine Interfaces (HMI), To manage the process control systems & related Technicians to ensure the development and maintenance of Process Control Systems (Both Hardware & Software with system applications) that are required by Operation, Process Engineering, Scheduling and other entities for support services to run the plant Safely and efficiently. Also in providing necessary data for further strategic & plan. Scope: To safely complete the activities of a Process Control in DCS, ESD, PLC & HMI and other systems related to PCS. To ensure safe, reliable and efficient operation of PCS systems. To provide support and assistance to all Departments to help ensuring safe & reliable operation.To manage PCS Maintenance and managing PCS Technicians activities and planning.

Oversee operation and maintenance of Process Control Systems (PCS), including DCS, ESD, PLC and HMI. Manage PCS maintenance and PCS Technicians activities and planning. Ensure safe, reliable and efficient operation of PCS systems; provide support to Operations, Process Engineering, Scheduling and other departments; contribute data for strategic planning and plant optimization. Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure safe and reliable PCS operation.
