HSE Engineer (Saudi national)

WSP is seeking an experienced HSE Engineer to support the delivery of a major infrastructure project in Riyadh. Working within the Project Management and Construction Management (PMCM) team, the HSE Engineer will be responsible for monitoring contractor compliance, conducting site inspections, identifying risks, and promoting a strong health, safety, and environmental culture across the project. This position is exclusively open to Saudi Nationals.

Saudi National (mandatory). Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field. Must hold a valid SCE Registration in Health & Safety. NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent HSE certification. Minimum 5 years of HSE experience on major infrastructure or civil construction projects. Experience working within a PMCM consultancy environment is preferred. Strong knowledge of construction safety practices, risk assessment, and incident investigation. Familiarity with Saudi HSE regulations and international standards. Good communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
