Senior Stakeholder Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Stakeholder Engineer to join our Transport & Infrastructure team in Dubai In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing stakeholder relationships across major infrastructure design and construction projects. You will act as a key interface between project teams, clients, authorities, and the wider community — ensuring smooth coordination, timely approvals, and effective communication throughout project lifecycles.

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline. Minimum of 8 years of experience, with a strong focus on stakeholder management within large-scale transport and infrastructure projects in the UAE. Proven experience liaising with Dubai authorities such as RTA, DM, DDA, DCD, DEWA, du etc. Solid understanding of design and construction processes, particularly within roads, highways, utilities, and public realm projects. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships across diverse stakeholder groups. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight timelines. Previous experience working in a consultancy environment preferred.
