Project Manager / Senior Project Manager - Infrastructure

WSP is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager / Senior Project Manager - Infrastructure to support the delivery of major infrastructure and masterplan development projects across the UAE. This role will be responsible for leading multidisciplinary project teams, managing client relationships, and overseeing the successful delivery of projects in line with scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives. The successful candidate will have a strong technical engineering background, preferably in Civil Engineering, together with proven experience working for leading international engineering consultancies on large-scale infrastructure and masterplan development projects within the UAE. The role requires an experienced project leader with excellent stakeholder management skills, commercial awareness, and a strong track record of delivering complex multidisciplinary infrastructure programmes. As part of the Transport & Infrastructure business, the Project Manager / Senior Project Manager will play a key role in delivering some of the region's most significant infrastructure and land development projects while supporting business growth and maintaining the highest standards of project delivery excellence.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline. Minimum 12-15+ years of experience within engineering consultancy, infrastructure project delivery, or major development programmes. Proven experience working with leading international engineering consultancies. Demonstrated experience managing large-scale infrastructure masterplan and land development projects in the UAE. Strong technical engineering background, preferably in civil infrastructure projects. Proven client-facing experience and ability to manage relationships with government entities, developers, and key stakeholders. Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams and coordinating complex project deliverables. Strong understanding of project management principles, project controls, commercial management, and risk management. Experience administering consultancy contracts and managing project budgets, schedules, and resources. Strong communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. PMP certification, Chartered Engineer status, or equivalent professional accreditation is desirable.

Lead delivery of major infrastructure and masterplan development projects across the UAE. Manage multidisciplinary project teams, maintain client relationships, and ensure projects are delivered on scope, schedule, budget, and quality. Coordinate complex deliverables, manage government and developer stakeholders, and oversee project controls, risk management, and commercial aspects. Administer consultancy contracts and manage budgets, schedules, and resources. Contribute to business growth and uphold high standards of project delivery excellence within the Transport & Infrastructure business.
