The Strategic Growth Manager plays a key role in driving sustainable business growth across strategic client accounts by supporting key account planning, opportunity development, and work-winning activities. Working closely with Senior Directors and account leaders, the role focuses on identifying growth opportunities, developing account strategies, coordinating business development initiatives, and leading the pursuit of new work. The role acts as a strategic partner to account leadership, combining market intelligence, growth planning, and AI-enabled insights to support strategic decision-making, strengthen client relationships, identify new growth opportunities, enhance pursuit effectiveness, expand service offerings, and drive sustainable growth across key accounts.
