Senior Civil Engineer

WSP is seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our Construction Supervision team in Riyadh, supporting the delivery of major Roads & Highways infrastructure projects across Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, contractual requirements, and health and safety regulations. The role requires a highly capable engineering professional with extensive experience in the supervision of large-scale highway, roadway, interchange, bridge, and infrastructure projects. The candidate will work closely with the Resident Engineer, contractors, clients, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Minimum 15 years of professional experience in civil engineering. Minimum 10 years of experience in construction supervision of major roads and highways projects. Proven experience on large-scale transportation infrastructure projects within the Middle East region. Demonstrated experience supervising highway construction, pavement works, interchanges, bridges, drainage systems, and associated utilities. Strong understanding of FIDIC contracts and construction administration processes. Previous experience working with consultants on client-facing infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
