WSP is seeking a Graduate – Admin to support the Property and Building Specialist Services Business Unit in Sharjah by providing administrative and coordination assistance across key projects. This role is part of WSP’s commitment to developing Emirati talent and is exclusively open to UAE Nationals. You will work closely with engineers, project managers, and office staff to support smooth daily operations, accurate documentation, and effective communication across teams.

UAE National (with a valid Family Book). Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Strong communication skills in English and Arabic (written and verbal). Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
