Senior Associate, Corporate Documentation

Identify the facility and collateral documentation requirements based on Credit Approvals. Prepare facility and collateral documents in line with the bank policies, procedures, and standards. Ensure that all required documents (facility, collateral, and source) have been obtained in line with the credit approval. Ensure that all Credit facility documents are perfected and are in order in line with bank’s Policies & Procedures. Ensure physical safe custody and digital filling of the perfected documents. Carryout annual review of documents and monitor the exceptions in documentation. Prepare/generate monitoring & control reports pertaining to collaterals and documentation process workflows Carryout special assignments assigned from time to time for system and process enhancements.
