Job Purpose To solicit new relationships. Establish relationship with the regulator. Manage and enhance the existing portfolio and increase revenue. Key Result Areas • Target Real Estate customers in Dubai and Northern Emirates. • Review the existing portfolio in a timely manner and recommend appropriate action to enhance profitability. • Deal with the Regulator, establish relationships with the developer and recommend potential borrowers to the coverage area to meet financial objectives. • Implement and maintain complete control aspects i.e., documentation, informal market feedback to monitor the assigned portfolio effectively. • Establish new initiatives with the Real Estate Regulator to increase revenue for the bank. • Oversee day-to- day operation activities to ensure smooth functioning of the department. • Check all reports generated by the different departments such as CAM and TOD on regular basis to ensure that there are no deviations / unauthorized Changes. • Ensure that daily call reports are uploaded in Pulse. • Share pipeline, call reports, cash flow forecast, KYC Reports with CSM. • Handle inquiries regarding inward and outward remittances. • Refer problem / serious complaints of processing centres (FTC, CPS, Branches, etc.) to CSU for resolution with the help of CSM. • Refer borrowing customers to RE coverage team. Knowledge, Skills and Experience • Graduate with at least 5-8 years banking experience. • Customer focused, effective interpersonal skills, good communication and writing skills. • Good knowledge of products and operating systems (EDMS, Flex cube, RM referral, Prism, etc) • Conversant with basic banking laws and local Real Estate regulations, etc. • Quick decision-making and problem-solving abilities • Excellent time management and attention to details • Responsible, goal oriented and organized.
Bachelor's degree with 5-8 years of banking experience. Strong customer focus and effective interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and writing abilities. Proficiency in banking products and operating systems. Knowledge of basic banking laws and local real estate regulations. Quick decision-making and problem-solving skills.
