Drill Bit Repair Technician: Dammam 2nd industrial City

Repair and assemble drill bits and DLR equipment to a high standard. Complete manual and machine grinding, blast cleaning, inspection, brazing and hardfacing tasks safely and efficiently. Ensure all repaired equipment meets required quality, technical and operational standards. Carry out bit movements and material handling as required. Support the Operations Manager/Supervisor in maintaining an efficient workflow and meeting operational deadlines. Comply with all company health, safety, environmental and quality procedures.

Technical diploma or GED Certificate in metal fabrication or 3-6 years or related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience   TIG welding competantices. Experience with the application of thermal related processes using oxy fuel hardfacing and bracing processes is desirable. Previous welding experience in a light/heavy fabrication environment would be advantageous. 5-7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
