Utilities Commissioning Superintendent

Lead the project Commissioning team to support the objectives and strategies Champion safety in all construction aspects of the project and promote the safety objective that “Nobody gets Hurt” Manage the project Module Fabrication on Commissioning teams responsible for the planning, development and operations to ensure commissioning execution certainly Manage the Contractor’s commissioning planning and execution efforts to ensure compliance with project objectives, strategies, obligations and requirements Establish a commissioning organization to implement the project execution plans and procedures and coordinate resourcing of commissioning team positions Provide execution strategy support to the project Team Ensure that the Contractor and Subcontractors are compliant with project safety expectations, policies and procedures Steward the development of an Integrated Safety Plan for commissioning, including SIMOPS for all island and brownfield work

Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or equivalent   Master’s degree in management or equivalent   Minimum Twenty 20+ years’ experience within the oil & gas sector, including Commissioning Management experience on large projects   Good written and verbal communication skills   Good leadership skills   Good teamwork and interpersonal skills   Knowledge of relevant international codes and standards   Ability to make independent judgments and decisions in the resolution of Quality issues   Experience with contractors and suppliers and ability to manage related interfaces
