Hilton Garden Inn Ras Al Khaimah is seeking a dynamic, commercially driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our Commercial team. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving corporate, and group business opportunities, strengthening existing client relationships, and identifying new revenue streams to support the hotel's commercial objectives. This position is ideal for a motivated sales professional with strong networking abilities, excellent communication skills and a passion for hospitality.

What It Takes to Make the Stay Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of hotel sales experience within the UAE hospitality industry. Previous experience in Corporate Sales preferred. Strong understanding of the UAE market and commercial landscape. Established network of corporate contacts within Ras Al Khaimah, Dubai and Northern Emirates is highly desirable. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Strong organizational and time management capabilities. Valid UAE driving license is preferred.   Preferred Candidate Profile;   Candidates with a proven track record of developing corporate business within the UAE market and an established network of key decision-makers will be given strong preference. Experience with internationally branded hotels is highly desirable.   We are particularly interested in candidates who: Have experience working with internationally branded hotels. Demonstrate strong corporate account management capabilities. Possess an existing business network within the UAE. Are proactive, self-motivated and target-driven.
