To thrive in this role, you should have: A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 5–8 years of sales experience within the hospitality industry, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role. Proven ability to develop business opportunities, grow market share, and achieve revenue goals. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop high-performing teams. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. Commercial acumen with a strategic and results-driven mindset. Strong analytical skills with experience in sales forecasting, budgeting, and market analysis. Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and hotel sales applications. A collaborative approach that values teamwork across departments. High levels of integrity, accountability, professionalism, and attention to detail. The ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong focus on guest and client satisfaction.
