Hostess – Qualifications Previous experience in Food & Beverage, Front Office, or Guest Service role, preferably in a 4 or 5-star hotel environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor. Ability to deliver excellent Guest service and create positive first impressions in line with Hilton hospitality standards. Good organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays. Basic knowledge of restaurant reservation systems and seating management is an advantage. Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to support colleagues. Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage. Well-groomed and professional appearance at all times in accordance with brand standards.

Oversee the seamless execution of daily banquet operations and manage guest seating and front-of-house guest service to ensure memorable hospitality experiences. Provide warm, professional interactions with guests, maintain seating management, and support colleagues to deliver Hilton standards during shifts.
