Legal Operations Specialist

We are seeking a talented Legal Operations Specialist to join our Legal team in Dubai. You will report directly to the META General Counsel and be based in the UAE on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will support the legal function across the META region by combining legal operations, corporate support, and administrative coordination to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the legal department. You will play a key role in strengthening corporate governance and entity management while supporting business stakeholders and legal leadership. Your contributions will enhance operational effectiveness, improve coordination across teams, and ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements.

YOU MUST HAVE · Bachelor’s degree in Law · Minimum 7 years of experience in legal operations, or corporate governance support roles, out of which at least 4 years must be in the UAE · Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are preferred. · Experience working with legal documentation, records, and workflows. Candidates with experience working in MNCs or international law firms preferred. · Familiarity with legal technology tools and contract/document management systems. · Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. · Strong attention to detail and stakeholder coordination skills.
