Business Performance & Analytics Specialist

Our focus customers in the short term will be Saudi Aramco and its Affiliates. In the long term, all the industrial sectors within Saudi Arabia aim to reach the MENA region. Objective: To be responsible for supporting business performance management through data analysis, performance reporting, KPI governance, and the development of actionable insights. The role works closely with business functions and stakeholders to translate operational and financial data into meaningful performance insights, identify trends and improvement opportunities, and support informed decision-making. General Responsibilities: Monitor and analyze business and operational performance against established KPIs, targets, budgets, and strategic objectives. Develop regular performance reports, dashboards, scorecards, and management presentations to provide clear visibility of business performance. Identify performance trends, gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities and communicate key insights to relevant stakeholders. Support the establishment, review, and continuous improvement of performance measures and KPIs. Track action plans and performance improvement initiatives to ensure timely follow-up and closure. Collect, consolidate, validate, and analyze data from multiple business and operational sources. Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify trends, root causes, patterns, and performance drivers. Translate complex data into clear, concise, and actionable business insights for management and stakeholders. Develop analytical models and ad-hoc analyses to support business decisions and problem-solving. Perform variance analysis and investigate significant deviations from planned or expected performance. Develop and maintain management dashboards and performance reporting tools using appropriate business intelligence and analytical platforms. Ensure reporting outputs are accurate, consistent, timely, and aligned with agreed definitions and reporting standards. Continuously improve reporting processes by identifying opportunities for automation, standardization, and efficiency. Support the development of executive-level reports and presentations for management reviews and business performance meetings. Support KPI definition, documentation, ownership, calculation methodologies, and reporting requirements. Ensure consistency of KPI definitions and data sources across relevant functions and reporting channels. Perform data quality checks and coordinate with data owners to resolve discrepancies and improve data reliability. Maintain appropriate documentation for reports, dashboards, data sources, and performance metrics. Partner with business functions to understand performance requirements, analytical needs, and business challenges. Provide analytical support for strategic initiatives, operational improvement projects, and business planning activities. Facilitate data-driven discussions with stakeholders and challenge performance assumptions where appropriate. Support management in identifying opportunities to improve operational effectiveness, productivity, cost, service, and overall business performance. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent from a recognized and accredited university is required. Relevant certifications in supply chain management, data analytics, or business intelligence is preferred. Demonstrated proficiency in oral and written English. 7 years' experience in a similar role. Proven experience in supply chain analytics, demand forecasting, and business intelligence within a corporate environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent from a recognized and accredited university is required. Relevant certifications in supply chain management, data analytics, or business intelligence is preferred. 7 years' experience in a similar role. Proven experience in supply chain analytics, demand forecasting, and business intelligence within a corporate environment.
