HealthPlus is seeking an experienced and compassionate Consultant Obstetrics & Gynecology to provide comprehensive women's healthcare services across outpatient, inpatient, and surgical settings. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality, evidence-based care in obstetrics and gynecology, manage complex cases, perform advanced surgical procedures, and contribute to the continued growth and excellence of the women's health program. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. Manage low-risk and high-risk pregnancies, antenatal care, labor and delivery, and postnatal care. Perform gynecological procedures and surgeries in accordance with clinical privileges. Conduct outpatient consultations for a wide range of obstetric and gynecological conditions. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Participate in emergency on-call coverage as required. Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation and clinical records. Ensure compliance with clinical governance, quality improvement, and patient safety standards. Participate in departmental meetings, audits, and continuing medical education activities. Support the development of women's health services and contribute to patient education initiatives. Qualifications Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent recognized qualification). Completion of accredited specialty training in Obstetrics & Gynecology. Tier 1 qualification as per DOH requirements (e.g., American Board Certification, Canadian Board Certification, CCT/CCST, Australian Fellowship, or equivalent Tier 1 qualification). Eligible for or holding a DOH Consultant License in Obstetrics & Gynecology. Minimum of 3-5 years of post-board experience at Consultant level in a reputable healthcare institution. Proven expertise in managing complex obstetric and gynecological cases. Strong surgical skills with experience in minimally invasive gynecological procedures preferred. Excellent communication, leadership, and multidisciplinary collaboration skills. Commitment to evidence-based medicine and patient-centered care.
