Project Director

JASARA PMC is currently on the lookout for a dedicated and experienced Project Director to join our team and take charge of our key construction projects. In this pivotal role, you will lead project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring that all objectives are met with the highest level of quality and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include managing project teams, interfacing with clients and stakeholders, and maintaining a strong focus on safety and compliance. The successful candidate will have a robust background in project management, a thorough understanding of the construction industry, and exceptional leadership abilities. Key Responsibilities • Oversee all phases of project development, from initiation through to completion • Develop project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and stakeholders • Manage budgets, schedules, and ensure effective resource allocation • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and solve issues as they arise • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment and expectations • Monitor project performance and produce regular reports on status and progress • Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential project delays and budget overruns • Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the project team Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred • A minimum of 18 years of experience in project management, with a focus on large-scale construction projects • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail • Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage teams • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance standards • Experience in the Saudi Arabian market is an advantage Benefits Project benefits: • Competitive salary and benefits package • Opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing organization • Be part of a collaborative and supportive team Show more Show less
