Role Description The Investor Relations Specialist is a part-time hybrid role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with flexibility for work from home. This role is responsible for securing investment, developing and maintaining relationships with current and potential investors, ensuring timely and accurate communication about company performance, strategy, and market positioning. Preparing investor presentations, reports, and briefing materials; coordinating investor meetings, calls, and events; and responding to investor inquiries in a clear and professional manner. The specialist will analyze financial data and market trends to support messaging and investor updates, collaborate with finance and executive teams on disclosures and investor communications, and help maintain a consistent, transparent narrative aligned with Excellence Pro’s strategic objectives. Qualifications • Strong Investor Relations skills, with experience managing relationships and communications with investors and stakeholders. • Knowledge of Investments and Finance, including understanding of financial statements, valuation concepts, and market dynamics. • Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, performance indicators, and market research for investor messaging. • Clear and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in an accessible way. • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; advanced qualifications or certifications (CFA, CIRA) are an asset. • Experience in technology platforms, corporate excellence, or ESG/sustainability reporting is beneficial. • High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information responsibly. • Comfort working in a hybrid environment in Riyadh, with strong time management and self-organization skills.
