Your Responsibilities • Deliver an exceptional welcome and personalised guest experience in line with luxury service standards. • Manage the 7Rooms reservation system and oversee bookings from reservation through to guests’ arrival and departure. • Ensure the hostess desk and restaurant entrance are professionally managed and appropriately staffed. • Lead, coach and train team members to maintain the highest standards of service. About You • Previous experience as a Reception Manager within a luxury or five-star hotel is essential. • Fluency in at least one European language is required. • A passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills and a commitment to service excellence.
