Heavy Equipment Mechanical Technician Experience: 5+ Years | Environment: Workshop & Field Core Responsibilities • Diagnostics & Repair: Troubleshoot and fix mechanical, hydraulic, transmission, and diesel engine faults on heavy equipment. • Component Overhaul: Strip, rebuild, and test major components (engines, gearboxes, hydraulic cylinders, and pumps). • Preventive Maintenance: Perform scheduled servicing, fluid changes, inspections, and wear-part replacements per OEM specs. • Field & Safety: Handle breakdown repairs on site and strictly follow workshop HSE standards. Requirements • Technical diploma or trade certification in Mechanical/Heavy Equipment. • 5+ years of hands-on experience with heavy machinery (CAT, Komatsu, Volvo, heavy trucks). • Strong expertise in diesel engines, hydraulic schematics, and mechanical diagnostic tools.
