Sales Development Representative (SDR) Intern

FirstPass AI is an AI-powered hiring intelligence platform helping organizations transform how they screen, interview, assess and identify talent. As we build and launch FirstPass AI Saudi, we’re looking for an ambitious SDR Intern who wants hands-on experience in B2B sales, lead generation, outbound prospecting and SaaS growth. This is not an internship where you simply observe the team. You’ll learn by doing - and contribute to building our sales engine from Day One. Your Mission: Your role will focus on the front end of our B2B sales funnel: Research → Identify → Reach Out → Engage → Qualify → Book Meetings → Build Pipeline Working closely with our commercial team and founders, you’ll learn how to identify potential customers, approach senior decision-makers and turn outbound activity into qualified business opportunities. What You’ll Work On Lead Generation & Research • Research potential companies and target industries in Saudi Arabia. • Identify relevant decision-makers such as CHROs, HR Directors and Heads of Talent Acquisition. • Maintain accurate prospect information in the CRM. Outbound Prospecting • Support and execute outbound campaigns through LinkedIn, email, phone and other channels. • Develop personalized outreach instead of generic mass messaging. • Test different messages and approaches to understand what generates engagement. Qualification & Meeting Generation • Engage potential customers and understand their initial hiring challenges. • Learn how to qualify leads based on pain, need, timing, decision-maker access and potential value. • Book qualified discovery meetings for the sales team. • Prepare account context and prospect insights before handing opportunities over. Pipeline & CRM • Track prospects through: Target → Contacted → Engaged → Qualified → Meeting Booked → Opportunity • Maintain CRM discipline and clear next actions. • Support weekly pipeline reviews. What You’ll Learn By the end of the internship, you should have practical exposure to: B2B Sales • SaaS Sales • Lead Generation • Outbound Prospecting • LinkedIn Sales • Customer Research • Sales Qualification • CRM Management • Pipeline Development • AI & HR Technology More importantly, you’ll understand how a startup builds a sales engine from zero. Who We’re Looking For You could be a current university student, COOP candidate or fresh graduate who: • Is interested in sales, business development, technology or startups. • Has strong communication skills in Arabic and English. • Is confident approaching and communicating with new people. • Enjoys research and identifying business opportunities. • Is curious about AI, SaaS and recruitment technology. • Is organized and disciplined with follow-ups. • Is willing to learn from rejection and keep improving. • Takes ownership instead of waiting for instructions. Previous sales experience is an advantage, but not required. We care more about your energy, curiosity, communication and willingness to learn. How We’ll Measure Progress Because this is an internship, success is not only about hitting sales numbers. We’ll look at your development and contribution across: Quality of leads identified → Outreach consistency → Response rates → Qualified conversations → Meetings generated → CRM discipline → Learning & improvement We don't want you to send hundreds of random messages. We want you to learn how to find the right customer, understand why they might care, and start the right conversation. Why Join FirstPass AI Saudi? This internship gives you the opportunity to: • Work closely with a startup founding and commercial team. • Gain hands-on exposure to an AI/SaaS business. • Participate in a real Saudi market launch. • Learn modern B2B sales and outbound techniques. • Work in a remote-first environment. • Take ownership of real commercial activities from Day One. • Build experience that goes beyond a traditional internship. • Potentially be considered for future opportunities based on performance and business needs. Your Growth Journey LAND → LEARN → ACT → OWN → GROW You’ll start by understanding the business and market, learn our sales approach, begin executing real outbound activities, gradually own parts of the pipeline, and grow based on your performance.
