Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute marketing strategies for the brokerage. • Manage social media, website development, SEO, and digital advertising. • Oversee branding, company profiles, brochures, and property marketing materials. • Manage Property Finder, Bayut, and other property portal marketing. • Generate leads through digital campaigns and marketing initiatives. • Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead conversion and brand visibility. • Manage marketing budgets, vendors, and campaign performance. • Requirements: • 1–3 years of marketing experience, preferably in UAE real estate. • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, SEO, and lead generation. • Experience with social media management, CRM, and property portals. • Creative thinking, initiative, and a results-driven approach.
