Data Governance Analyst

Years of experience: 7+ years Required start date: Immediate Role purpose • Enable effective data governance by maintaining ownership, metadata, quality controls, lineage and issue-management practices. Key Responsibilities • Maintain data-domain ownership, stewardship and governance records. • Document critical data elements, definitions, lineage and control requirements. • Support data-quality rule definition, monitoring and issue remediation. • Coordinate governance forums, decisions and action tracking. • Produce evidence and reporting for data-governance compliance. Required Skills • Data governance frameworks • Business glossary and metadata management • Data lineage • Data quality • Data ownership and stewardship • SQL and reporting literacy Required Experience / Knowledge Areas • Relevant delivery experience in the stated domain. • Experience working with multidisciplinary technology, risk and business stakeholders. • Regulated financial-services experience is preferred.
