📢 We’re Hiring: Procurement & Tender Specialist – Aviation & Defense Defendex Partners is looking for an experienced Procurement & Tender Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. • Immediate availability to join. This position is strictly for candidates with proven experience in military aviation and defense procurement. Candidates with non-defense/Aviation backgrounds will not be considered. Key Responsibilities: • Source military aircraft spare parts and obtain competitive quotations from reliable suppliers and OEMs. • Review RFQs and prepare complete technical and commercial tender submissions. • Verify part numbers, manufacturer details, CAGE codes, certificates, lead times, and export requirements. • Negotiate pricing and commercial terms. • Follow up on purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers and logistics through delivery. Requirements: • Proven experience in military aviation and defense procurement only. • Experience with UH-60 Black Hawk and CH-47 Chinook platforms is highly preferred. • Knowledge of aviation certificates, traceability, and compliance documentation. • Strong supplier sourcing, negotiation, Excel, and organizational skills. • Good written and spoken English. 📍 Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Interested candidates who meet the above requirements are invited to send their CV to [email protected].
