Role purpose: The Corporate Driver will provide safe, punctual, and professional transport services to Zutari executives, employees, and authorised visitors across the UAE. The role requires excellent driving skills, sound judgement, discretion, and a strong commitment to safety, service, and vehicle care. Responsibilities • Safely transport executives, employees, clients, and visitors to offices, meetings, airports, project sites, and other authorised destinations. • Plan efficient routes using GPS and traffic applications to ensure timely arrivals and minimise delays. • Coordinate airport transfers and support ad hoc or after-hours transport requests when required. • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding executive movements, meetings, passenger information, and company matters. • Conduct daily vehicle inspections and ensure assigned vehicles are clean, fuelled, roadworthy, and well-presented at all times. • Monitor servicing, insurance, registration, and routine maintenance schedules, and report defects or incidents immediately. • Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel usage, servicing, and maintenance. • Assist passengers with luggage, documents, and other reasonable support when required. • Comply with UAE traffic laws, company policies, and road-safety requirements. • Represent Zutari professionally through courteous communication, punctuality, and appropriate grooming. Minimum Requirements • Valid UAE Light Vehicle Driving Licence with a clean driving record. • Minimum of 8 years’ professional driving experience in the UAE. Experience transporting executives, employees, or corporate clients will be an advantage. • Good knowledge of UAE roads, airports, business districts, and traffic patterns. • Good spoken English; Arabic would be an advantage. • Proficiency in GPS/navigation tools and smartphone-based route planning. • High levels of integrity, discretion, reliability, and professionalism. • Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends when required. Preferred • Previous experience as a Corporate Driver, Executive Driver, or Chauffeur. • Defensive driving training or certification. • Basic vehicle maintenance awareness and experience maintaining trip and service records.
