Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering - 5–8 years of experience in cost control, preferably within the facility Management , with at least 2 years in a senior or specialized. Specialties / Key Skills • Cost analysis and financial forecasting. • Budget management and variance reporting. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel. • Knowledge of facility management cost structures. • Attention to detail and data accuracy. • Cross-functional communication and teamwork. • Time management and deadline adherence.
