Operations Manager – Accounting & Tax Practice (UAE, Hybrid) Our client, a fast-growing UAE accounting and tax group, is looking for a qualified, hungry Operations Manager to run its accounting practice day to day, drive growth, and work as the CEO's right hand. The group also includes a sister tax advisory firm, so you'll be part of a wider, collaborative team. WHAT YOU'LL DO • Run full day-to-day operations of the practice: onboarding, bookkeeping, VAT and Corporate Tax delivery • Own the growth and delivery numbers, reported monthly to the CEO • Take client meetings, online and in person, and convert enquiries into clients • Be the senior technical voice for clients on UAE VAT, Corporate Tax and compliance • Lead, coach and motivate the junior team reporting to you • Improve systems and processes across cloud accounting, CRM and task management • Work closely with the CEO and heads of department across the group WHO YOU ARE Must have: • Chartered or fully qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CA, CPA or similar) with tax advisory experience • Solid experience in the UAE accounting industry • Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax • Confident advising business owners and running client meetings • Experience managing a team • Based in the UAE and able to attend in-person meetings • Proactive, driven, with real hunger and desire to grow a business • Trustworthy and self-motivated when working remotely • Up for team socials, meals, pool days and retreats Nice to have: • Registered Tax Agent with the UAE Federal Tax Authority (strongly preferred) • Xero or similar cloud accounting experience • Exposure to sales targets or practice growth WHAT YOU GET • Salary up to AED 10,000 per month, depending on experience • Six-monthly performance bonus • A secure, long-term role in an established, growing group with recurring revenue • Work directly alongside the CEO with real influence on the business • Hybrid working: remote flexibility plus in-person client and team days • Team meals, pool days and retreats • Room to grow your team, scope and earnings as the practice scales HOW TO APPLY Apply here with your CV and a short note on why you're hungry for this role.
