Site Engineer – Retail / Commercial Fit-Out

We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer to manage and supervise retail/commercial fit-out projects, ensuring smooth execution of architectural and MEP works in line with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and timelines. Key Responsibilities • Execute and supervise architectural and MEP works as per approved drawings, specifications, and project scope. • Manage daily site activities and verify dimensions, levels, measurements, and site conditions. • Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, mall management, QS, joinery teams, and internal project teams. • Monitor site quality and ensure works comply with required standards and specifications. • Maintain site cleanliness, safety, security, and HSE compliance. • Track permits, day works, material inventory, deliveries, and project progress. • Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain accurate site documentation. • Identify site issues, technical conflicts, and execution challenges and coordinate timely resolution. • Monitor project schedules and milestones to ensure timely completion. • Coordinate material requirements and ensure timely delivery to site. • Resolve technical queries and support smooth communication between stakeholders. • Ensure alignment between civil, architectural, MEP, and fit-out activities throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. • Minimum 2–4 years of UAE fit-out experience. • Strong experience in Retail / Commercial / F&B fit-out projects. • Good knowledge of architectural and MEP coordination. • Experience working with mall management, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers. • Good understanding of drawings, site measurements, quality standards, and project timelines. • Valid UAE Driving Licence is mandatory. • Flexible to work different shifts/hours based on project requirements. • Good communication skills in English; Hindi is an advantage.
