Senior Quantity Surveyor

Overview Senior Quantity Surveyor activities, oversees commercial and contractual management, and ensures accurate cost tracking for infrastructure projects. Your role • Lead measurement, cost control, and contract administration activities. • Prepare major variation claims, cost impact assessments, and commercial reports. • Review and approve BOQs, quantity breakdowns, and valuations. • Conduct risk analysis for cost overruns and provide mitigation strategies. • Mentor junior QS staff and coordinate with finance, planning, and engineering teams. • Participate in client and contractor negotiations and project reviews. About You • Senior Quantity Surveyor with 10+ years of experience in pre- and post-contract cost management for major infrastructure projects. • Proven experience in cost planning, estimating, tendering, payment certification, variations, claims, final accounts, commercial reporting, and stakeholder management. • Experience working on large-scale infrastructure and development programmes. • MRICS qualification preferred. Senior Quantity Surveyor with 10+ years of experience in pre- and post-contract cost management for major infrastructure projects. Proven experience in cost planning, estimating, tendering, payment certification, variations, claims, final accounts, commercial reporting, and stakeholder management. Experience working on large-scale infrastructure and development programmes. MRICS qualification preferred.
