OUTLINE JOB DESCRIPTION Title: Sales cum Business Development Manager Data Centre Cooling Application Reporting to: Sales Director/ Managing Director Location: Dubai The Company: The Fläkt Group is an international company formed through the merger in 2016 of two of the world’s leading players in the air management business- Flakt Woods & Denco Happel.. FläktGroup in Dubai is operating in a range of business applications including cooling of Data Centre , Pharmaceutical , Food , Indoor Climate , Oil & Gas & Service applications. Products include FWU, CRAH, CRAC, CDU, AHU, CCU , FCU & other Clean Room HVAC products. Main Purpose of Role: To be the lead front line Sales Team member of Dubai for Data Centre Cooling application Application in Middle East region. Initial focus will be on UAE, Qatar and temporarily KSA. Achieve the order booking target in terms of top line volume at targeted margin. Candidate must be knowledgeable about the this application & its cooling products. The main duties and responsibilities will include inter-alia: • Business Development & Pre Sales activities on various opportunities . • Check selection of cooling products in these applications in co-ordination with central DC application team. • To prepare Techno-Commercial proposal for HVAC projects. • To understand end user requirement for a particular project. • Analyze, Interpret tender documents and prepare tender technical submittal, Compliance Statement , Data Sheet, Concept Drawing along with Technical & Estimation team. • To discuss & resolve technical & commercial issues with customers. • Co-ordinate with FlaktGroup factories and in-house Project/Technical team. • Support customers during entire project cycle . • To participate in annual / quarterly budget/ target process to achieve/ exceed Business Plan. Person Specification/Profile: • Must be minimum a Graduate in Mechanical Engineering from an acceptable Engineering college . • Should have 10 years’ experience in Sales / Business development function including 5 years for Data Centre Cooling application. ( mandatory) • Must have good communication skills. • Must be conversant in English. Proficiency in Arabic language preferred. • Must have a pleasing personality.
