Site Engineer

Site Engineer | Dubai, UAE | On-site Uniestate Properties LLC is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the execution and supervision of high-rise building construction projects, ensuring work is carried out in line with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines. This role plays a key part in maintaining smooth site operations through day-to-day coordination between contractors, consultants, and the project team, contributing to the successful and timely delivery of construction projects. Your Role As a Site Engineer, you will: • Supervise daily site activities, ensuring works are executed as per approved drawings and specifications • Monitor structural, MEP, and finishing works for high-rise building components, ensuring quality and compliance • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve site issues and ensure progress • Conduct site inspections, material checks, and quality assurance for ongoing works • Prepare and maintain site reports, progress updates, and documentation (daily/weekly/monthly) • Monitor adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards on site • Assist in reviewing shop drawings, method statements, and technical submittals • Support project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking in coordination with the planning team What We're Looking For Experience • 2–4 years of relevant experience in site engineering, preferably with exposure to high-rise/residential or mixed-use building projects Skills • Site Supervision • Structural & MEP Coordination • AutoCAD • Primavera • Quality & Safety standards • Problem - solving • Attention to detail Preferred • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field What We Offer • Opportunity to contribute to some of the UAE's most iconic projects. • Structured career development and learning opportunities. • Collaborative and inclusive work environment. • Competitive salary and benefits package. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred). 2–4 years of relevant site engineering experience, preferably with exposure to high-rise/residential or mixed-use building projects.
