Selected candidates will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals and gain exposure to different engineering and manufacturing activities. Key Responsibilities • Support daily engineering and manufacturing operations. • Assist in monitoring production processes, equipment performance, and operational efficiency. • Participate in engineering activities, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives. • Support quality, safety, and operational standards. • Prepare technical reports, documentation, and operational updates. • Collaborate with engineering, production, quality, and maintenance teams. • Contribute to process optimization and manufacturing improvements. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Mechatronics, or other relevant engineering disciplines). • Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience. • Basic understanding of engineering principles and industrial operations. • Good communication and teamwork skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. • Good command of English. • Willingness to work on-site at our factory in the 3rd Industrial City, Jeddah. • Eagerness to learn and develop in a manufacturing environment.
