Roles and Responsibilities: • Supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of the Enterprise Risk Management • framework across the company. • Responsible for identifying, assessing, monitoring, and reporting key enterprise risks, coordinating with departments on risk mitigation plans, and ensuring alignment with the company’s risk appetite, policies, objectives, and applicable standards. • The role supports alignment of the ERM framework with ISO 31000 and the COSO Enterprise Risk • Management framework, and with the company’s obligations as a public joint-stock company • listed on Tadawul and regulated by the CMA. Required Educational Level: • Bachelor’s degree in risk management, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Engineering or equivalent. • Preferred professional certifications include: FRM (GARP), PRM (PRMIA), ISO 31000 Risk Manager / Lead Risk Manager, CRMA, PMI-RMP, CIA, or equivalent. Required Experience: • 4–6 years of experience in enterprise risk management. • Additional experience in compliance, internal controls, business continuity, is preferred. • Experience in manufacturing, industrial, energy, or infrastructure companies is preferred. • Prior experience with a Big 4 firm or another reputable risk advisory / consultancy firm is preferred. • Experience within a publicly listed (Tadawul / CMA-regulated) joint-stock company environment is strongly preferred.
