Product Manager

About Ansen Ansen is a globally expanding cybersecurity company driven by AI innovation. We build advanced security technologies and AI-enabled enterprise systems for government organizations and enterprise customers across international markets. Our mission is to build secure, resilient digital systems and protect the peace of the digital world. Role Overview We are looking for a Product Manager — Applied AI & eGRC to own the product roadmap for a Forward Deployed Engineering pod. This role sits at the intersection of enterprise product management, applied AI, technical prototyping, cybersecurity, and customer delivery. You will work closely with users, technical stakeholders, and Forward Deployed Engineers to turn complex operational problems into secure, production-ready products and reusable platform capabilities. The ideal candidate is technically fluent, comfortable working with ambiguity, and capable of moving from user discovery and prototyping through rollout, adoption, and continuous product improvement. Key Responsibilities • Own and maintain the product roadmap for the FDE pod, prioritizing customer problems, pilots, production hardening, and reusable product capabilities. • Work with internal users and technical stakeholders to understand workflows, data sources, constraints, risks, and success criteria. • Translate ambiguous operational needs into clear product direction, requirements, workflows, acceptance criteria, priorities, and release plans. • Shape AI-enabled workflows involving LLMs, RAG, agents, extraction, classification, summarization, and decision support. • Define quality measures, evaluation requirements, feedback loops, model trade-offs, and human-in-the-loop controls. • Use Python, SQL, notebooks, and Figma to explore ideas, test assumptions, clarify requirements, and communicate product concepts. • Partner with FDEs on rollout planning, operational readiness, documentation, monitoring, stakeholder communication, and user adoption. • Incorporate security, privacy, auditability, access control, data handling, on-premises deployment, air-gapped environments, and constrained networks into product decisions. • Gather field feedback and convert recurring customer needs into reusable product features and implementation patterns. Required Qualifications • Senior-level product management experience with technical, enterprise, data, AI, platform, or applied software products. • Strong technical fluency across AI-enabled applications, data workflows, APIs, enterprise integrations, and production deployment constraints. • Proven ability to translate ambiguous operational problems into product requirements, workflows, priorities, acceptance criteria, and release plans. • Hands-on prototyping ability using Python, SQL, notebooks, and design tools such as Figma. • Strong understanding of trade-offs among user value, speed, security, reliability, maintainability, and adoption. • Experience partnering closely with engineering teams through pilot, production rollout, and product iteration. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Confidence leading requirements sessions, roadmap discussions, internal demos, and stakeholder alignment. Preferred Experience • Applied AI Product Management: Experience with LLM applications, RAG, AI agents, evaluations, feedback loops, prompt and workflow iteration, model trade-off analysis, and responsible human-in-the-loop product design. • eGRC Products - Strong preference for experience with enterprise GRC or eGRC products, including: Risk and control management, Compliance workflows, Evidence collection, Policy management, Audit readiness, Issue remediation, Third-party risk, Regulatory reporting, Workflow design for regulated organizations. • Enterprise Delivery and Production Systems: Experience with product roadmaps, release planning, pilot-to-production transitions, enterprise integrations, adoption metrics, documentation, support models, and operational readiness. • Cybersecurity and Sensitive Environments: Experience with cybersecurity, security operations, IAM, audit logging, data classification, regulated data environments, on-premises deployments, air-gapped systems, or constrained networks. Ideal Candidate Profile • You are a technically fluent product leader who can move between user problems, AI workflows, data, system constraints, engineering implementation, and business outcomes. • You are comfortable entering an ambiguous environment, asking the right questions, building lightweight prototypes, making practical trade-offs, and driving a product from early discovery into reliable production use. • You care about adoption and operational impact as much as product features. What We Offer • Opportunity to shape high-impact AI products used in real enterprise and regulated environments. • Close collaboration with Forward Deployed Engineers, AI engineers, security experts, and business stakeholders. • Ownership of products from early discovery through production rollout and scaled adoption. • Exposure to complex enterprise, cybersecurity, and international customer scenarios. • A highly technical, international, and results-oriented team environment. • Company-sponsored technical learning, professional development, and certification support.
