Senior Engineer–Cloud & Infrastructure

Role Summary The Senior Engineer – Cloud & Infrastructure will design, implement, and support Microsoft cloud and infrastructure solutions for enterprise and government clients. The role requires strong hands-on expertise, the ability to work independently on complex tasks, and a commitment to guiding junior engineers. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement Azure, Microsoft 365, and hybrid infrastructure solutions in line with Microsoft best practices • Plan and execute workload, mailbox, and application migrations to Azure and Microsoft 365 • Configure and manage Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Entra ID, and Intune • Perform infrastructure health checks, assessments, and remediation for Windows Server, Active Directory, and related platforms • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, including escalations from the support team • Prepare technical documentation, including design documents, implementation plans, and handover materials • Provide technical input to presales activities, including solution design, proofs of concept, and estimates • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team • Adhere to the delivery standards and governance processes of the Center of Excellence • Contribute to reusable templates and deployment accelerators Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft infrastructure and cloud technologies • Strong working knowledge of Azure, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Entra ID, Windows Server, and Active Directory • Experience delivering migration and deployment projects in enterprise environments • Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills • Good command of written and spoken English Preferred Qualifications • Microsoft certifications such as AZ-104, AZ-305, or MS-102 • Experience with Azure, M365, and Infrastructure solutions • Knowledge of Arabic • Experience with government or large enterprise clients Show more Show less
