Proposals Engineer We are looking for an experienced Proposals Engineer with a strong background in preparing and managing government project proposals in KSA. About the Role The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality technical and commercial proposals, coordinating tender submissions, and supporting the bid process from opportunity identification through submission. The role requires a detail-oriented professional with excellent proposal writing and coordination skills within an engineering consultancy environment. Key Responsibilities • Prepare and coordinate technical and commercial proposals for government projects in KSA. • Review tender documents, RFPs, and client requirements. • Coordinate with internal departments to gather information required for proposal submissions. • Ensure proposals are submitted accurately and within deadlines. • Maintain proposal documentation, templates, and records. • Support prequalification submissions and tender clarifications. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. • 5–10 years of experience in a Proposals or Tendering Department within an Engineering Consultancy. • Proven experience in preparing and submitting proposals for government projects in KSA. • Strong understanding of tendering and bidding processes. Required Skills • Fluency in Arabic is a must (written and spoken). • Excellent proposal writing and document preparation skills. • Strong communication and coordination abilities. • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
