Financial Analyst

JOB TITLE Financial Analyst | MAF LifeStyle | Finance Role Summary The Financial Analyst will be responsible for supporting the business development function through research, competition mapping, feasibility analysis, and evaluation of new business opportunities. The role involves analyzing financial data, preparing approval documents, managing data, and identifying key insights to support effective business decision-making. ROLE PROFILE • Conduct new brand evaluations through research and competition mapping • Build feasibility templates and benchmark against existing business information. • Prepare high-level analysis and synopsis of new business opportunities. • Extract financial data and conduct detailed analysis of existing businesses. • Prepare Internal Approval Notes (IAN) for submissions. • Capture, manage, and analyze data to identify key business insights. • Maintain accurate, up-to-date data and error-free feasibility models. • Monitor customer trends and market shifts to support relevant feasibility research and business decisions. Requirements • Graduate degree in Business Administration or a related field. • Professional qualification in Finance is an advantage. • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role. • Retail experience is an advantage. • Strong data analytics, research, and reporting skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools with strong planning, communication, and organizational skills.
