Freelance HR Trainers

Summary We are seeking freelance Human Resources trainers to design and deliver practical training programs that develop the knowledge and skills of HR professionals. Trainers will tailor content to client needs, facilitate interactive workshops that connect concepts with workplace practices, and assess learning outcomes. Engagements will be on a freelance basis, according to the scope and requirements of each training program. Description • Design and deliver training in one or more HR disciplines, including recruitment and selection, workforce planning, performance management, learning and development, talent management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and HR analytics. • Review training needs with the client to establish learning objectives and determine the appropriate content level for participants. • Develop and customize training materials, including presentations, participant guides, activities, case studies, and assessment tools. • Facilitate in-person or virtual workshops using adult learning principles, group discussions, simulations, and practical exercises. • Train participants to use relevant tools and templates, such as interview guides, job descriptions, individual development plans, and HR performance indicators, depending on the program. • Align content with the client’s organizational context, professional practices, and applicable local regulations. • Assess participants’ learning and provide constructive feedback to support the workplace application of acquired knowledge and skills. • Prepare a final training report covering assessment results, trainer observations, and development recommendations. • Coordinate training schedules, delivery requirements, and material submissions according to the agreed scope and timeline.
