Oracle Primavera Unifier Solution Architect Experience: 7+ Years in Oracle Primavera Unifier Location: Doha, Qatar Notice Period: Immediate/within 30 Days Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Oracle Primavera Unifier Solution Architect with strong expertise in Document Management Systems (DMS), Project Close-Out, and enterprise project management solutions. The candidate will lead end-to-end solution architecture, implementation, configuration, integrations, and data migration for large-scale construction, infrastructure, real estate, and capital projects. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, IT, Computer Science, or a related field. • Oracle Unifier certification preferred. • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is an advantage. Experience • 7+ years of experience in Oracle Primavera Unifier and enterprise applications, PMIS, or digital transformation. • Hands-on experience in Oracle Unifier implementation, configuration, and solution architecture. • Experience delivering enterprise-scale DMS and Project Close-Out solutions. • Strong background in multi-project implementations, data migration, integrations, testing, and production deployment. • Understanding of project controls, document control, contracts administration, governance, and project lifecycle management. Technical Skills • Oracle Unifier Configuration and Administration • Business Process and Workflow Design • Document Management and Project Close-Out • Data Migration and System Integration • SharePoint/Aconex Migration • APIs and Integration Architecture • Reporting and Dashboards • Security and Access Management Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end Oracle Unifier solution architecture and implementation. • Gather business requirements and design scalable workflows, business processes, security, and governance. • Implement enterprise DMS solutions covering Document Manager, Correspondence, RFIs, Submittals, NCRs, Inspections, Meeting Minutes, Risks, Incidents, Action Items, and Reporting. • Design and implement Project Close-Out processes, including Punch Lists, TOC, DLP, Warranty Management, Final Accounts, Contract Close-Out, Lessons Learned, and Final Reports. • Define document taxonomy, metadata, lifecycle workflows, approvals, audit trails, and role-based security. • Lead legacy data migration, including SharePoint/Aconex, and integrations with ERP, Primavera P6, Finance, Identity Management, and third-party systems. • Provide architectural leadership, governance, risk management, release planning, and stakeholder guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
