Enterprise Sales Manager AI

We are hiring for the enterprise AI business of a well-established technology company with products that have already been built and proven at significant scale. Incumbent must be based in UAE and have relevant experience in the UAE market. The next phase is expanding its enterprise AI offering across the GCC, with solutions spanning fraud & risk, credit and underwriting, customer journey automation and agentic workflows. We are looking for an Enterprise Sales Lead – AI Solutions who can help build this market from the ground up - opening new enterprise relationships, shaping opportunities and taking complex deals through to closure. The Role • Build net-new enterprise business across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Qatar. • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through solutioning, negotiation and closure. • Develop senior relationships across banks, insurers, lenders and other financial institutions. • Engage CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, risk leaders and senior business stakeholders. • Identify business problems where AI can create measurable impact across revenue, risk, automation and customer experience. • Work closely with the Solutions Architect in a two-in-a-box model to shape the right customer proposition. • Lead complex enterprise sales cycles involving technology, business, risk, procurement and legal stakeholders. • Drive proposals, RFPs, commercials and negotiations. • Build relationships across relevant SIs, cloud partners and the broader technology ecosystem. • Help shape the GTM playbook as the GCC business scales. What We’re Looking For • Strong experience in enterprise technology, SaaS, AI, cloud or digital transformation sales. • Proven ability to win net-new enterprise customers, not only manage existing accounts. • Experience personally owning complex, high-value enterprise deals end to end. • Strong GCC relationships, particularly across banking, financial services, insurance or lending. • Comfortable selling to both business and technology decision-makers. • Good understanding of AI and modern enterprise technology environments. • Strong commercial and negotiation skills. • Experience selling alongside pre-sales / solution architecture teams. • UAE market experience is important; broader GCC exposure is highly relevant. The Kind of Person We’re Looking For This role will suit someone who enjoys building rather than inheriting. You should be comfortable opening doors, creating demand, working through ambiguity and staying close to every stage of the deal. If you have helped launch a new product, enter a new market or build an enterprise sales motion from 0→1, that experience will be particularly relevant. Show more Show less
