Technical Project Manager & Executive Assistant to the CTO

POPCORN Studio is seeking a technically proficient and highly organized professional to work directly with the CTO, coordinate engineering delivery and manage executive priorities. This role combines technical project management with executive support. You will translate product ideas into actionable requirements, coordinate the engineering team and ensure decisions lead to completed actions. Responsibilities • Convert discussions and product ideas into briefs, requirements, tasks and acceptance criteria. • Track engineering milestones, dependencies and blockers. • Maintain project plans and provide clear progress updates. • Organize meetings, document decisions and follow up on action items. • Coordinate communication with engineers and external partners. • Manage the CTO’s calendar, meeting preparation and administrative follow-ups. Requirements • Experience in technical project management, business analysis, software engineering or QA. • Working knowledge of APIs, integrations and software development processes. • Strong organizational skills, clear writing and independent follow-through. • Professional proficiency in English and Russian; Arabic is an advantage. • Discretion when handling confidential information. • Availability to work full-time from our Dubai office.
