Senior Project Management Consultant – Real Estate & Mega Events

Open Positions: 3–4 Engagement: Project-based consulting assignment Availability: Immediate availability required Nationality: Open to all nationalities Location & Duration: Saudi Arabia - Riyadh Role Overview We are seeking 3–4 experienced Senior Project Management Consultants to support a consulting engagement involving real estate and large-scale events. The successful candidates will bring strong project delivery capabilities, relevant sector experience, and the ability to coordinate complex workstreams and senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Immediate availability is essential. Key Responsibilities • Develop and manage project plans, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and delivery schedules. • Coordinate workstreams across client teams, consultants, contractors, vendors, and other relevant stakeholders. • Support the planning and delivery of real estate initiatives and large-scale event programs. • Establish and maintain project governance, progress reporting, risk registers, and action trackers. • Identify delivery risks, resource constraints, and critical issues; recommend solutions and escalate when needed. • Monitor project performance against agreed scope, timelines, budgets, and quality requirements. • Prepare executive presentations, status reports, and recommendations to support client decisions. • Facilitate stakeholder meetings and follow up on decisions, responsibilities, and outstanding actions. • Support operational readiness, delivery coordination, and project handover, as applicable. Required Qualifications & Experience • Proven experience in senior project management or project management consulting roles. • Strong relevant experience in real estate and large-scale events, with clear examples of responsibilities and delivered outcomes. • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and parallel workstreams. • Strong capabilities in project planning, governance, risk management, and executive reporting. • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills. • Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and deliver under tight deadlines. • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline. • Immediate availability to join the assignment. Preferred Qualifications • Experience within a management consulting firm or a client-facing advisory environment. • Experience delivering projects in Saudi Arabia or the GCC. • PMP, PRINCE2, or an equivalent project management certification. • Experience with PMO setup, project recovery, or accelerated delivery programs.
