Senior Corporate Lawyer

We are working with a top-tier international law firm who are seeking a Senior Associate Solicitor to join their M&A and Private Equity team within their Dubai or Abu Dhabi office. The Role The successful candidate will join a Band 1 Corporate Services practice, working on a range of M&A and Private Equity transactions across the Middle East. The candidate will lead and manage global transactions, drafting and negotiating key transaction documents, and managing due diligence and disclosure exercises and closings. The candidate will play a key role in supporting companies in all stages of their lifecycle, acting for many high-value investments. The candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to get involved in business development initiatives, while managing client relationships. Essential Criteria • 5-10 PQE; • Strong background in corporate services, M&A, and venture capital in a medium to large commercial firm; • Excellent commercial awareness; • Outstanding academics; • Technically excellent; • Negotiation skills; • Willingness to become involved in business development; • Ability to work independently and as a team.
